California Receivership Services specializes in receiverships of small businesses, focusing on enforcement of judgments and interim corporate management statewide. Affiliates nationwide provide specialty services in the areas of accounting, legal representation and consultation, forensic analysis, insurance, property management, banking and financial services.

In addition to accepting receivership appointments, California Receivership Services provides support services to other receivers to assist in management of the receivership estate and standard reporting requirements.

About the Receiver

Patrick Bulmer is the primary receiver for California Receivership Services, bringing a range of small business management and judgment enforcement experience. Mr. Bulmer is a member of the California Association of Judgment Professionals and California Receivers Forum, lecturing regularly in the areas of judgment enforcement and business management.
